Panipuri is a common street snack in several regions of the Indian subcontinent. It consists of a round, hollow puri, fried crisp and filled with a mixture of flavored water (commonly known as imlipani) , tamarind chutney, chili, chaat masala, potato, onion or chickpeas.There are many stalls containing pani puri in the street all over Nepal. It is a mouth watering dish. But we should be conscious and have pani puri at a hygienic place only.
