What you need:
1. Potatoes
2. Red chili powder, Green chilies
3. Turmeric, timur powder
4. Garlic and ginger paste
5. Seasum
6. Salt
How to make:
1. At first, boil potatoes and peel them.
2. In a small container, get the mixture of seasoning i.e red chili powder, salt, turmeric and timur powder all in together. In case, you don’t have timur, you can also use pepper.
3.After then, add the mixture with the potatoes and coat them in an equal proportion.
4 .Take a jug with half filled water in it, put sesame paste along with garlic and ginger paste. Also add some salt and lime juice.
5.Now crush the potatoes, not entirely but in a quite big chunks. You can also mash them. And add the liquid mixture to the crashed potatoes. Mix them. Let the mixture rest for about 20 minutes.
6.The next thing you have to do is to heat the mustard oil. As soon as it starts to smoke, add fenugreek seed. When it gets a bit darker, then add green chilies and stir . It is better to let the chilies not to split into half. When its surface turns white, then turn off the gas.
Now mix the crushed potatoes with the hot mustard oil.. It is now ready to eat with food.
